Football Pepperoni Pizza

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 17 Minutes

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated classic pizza crust
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz) package Hormel Pepperoni
1 stick mozzarella string cheese
� cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

	Step 1: Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and unroll dough on cookie sheet. Press dough into 14x12 inch rectangle and bake 7 minutes.

	Step 2: Spread pizza sauce over pizza crust; sprinkle with cheese. Place pepperoni in football shape on the center of pizza. Pull apart string cheese lengthwise into thin strips. To make football laces, place 1 long strip horizontally on center of football. Cut cheese into 5 pieces; arrange vertically on top of horizontal strip. Sprinkle surrounding cheese with parsley, as desired.

	Step 3: Bake pizza 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisp.
